Some people say that ACV helps to tighten the Lower Esophageal Sphincter (LES). The LES is the valve separating the stomach and the esophagus that when weak is said to be the reason why stomach acids flow back up towards your throat. How to Drink It
1. Try two tablespoons with a glass of water. If you hate the taste then mix in a tiny bit of honey.
